Note that we will refund shipping costs only on instances when the issue with your order is our fault. On all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. All refused packages will be refunded, minus shipping expenses.
Please allow up to 48 hours from the moment the returned item reaches our warehouse for your refund to process. Your credit may take up to two business cycles to appear on your monthly statement.
Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn, with or without a receipt. All merchandise returns to a store are subject to a 24-hour restocking period. All sales are final after 180 days.
If you did not purchase our merchandise from beenene.com, we cannot process your return—please contact the seller for return information. For returns or exchanges on sets, all items in the set must be returned to be processed accurately.
The product should be shipped back to us in a shipping box with enough packing material to prevent any damage during handling and shipping. All products must be shipped with its original box/packaging and all components/parts.
